VITAL BOOTY CAMP Trainers - Debbie Keen (Miss Australia) and Tayla Morrissey - bring to you a BRAND NEW, high-intensity OUTDOOR
training program that will take place in a variety of locations around Newcastle. By making the most of accessible beach settings, challenging parks and renlentless stairs, Debbie and Tayla will help you break through that weight loss/ fitness barier and will ensure you keep evolving in your training.
Imagine being able to run non-stop 1, then 5 and soon 10kms. You could improve strength and fuctional fitness levels above the average and feel physically fit and healthy. Learn dietary guidelines and motivational tips that will assist your training goals and never get bored!!!

- You can attend as little or as many sessions per wek
- You can start training in any given week.
- "Don't Delay" - book your appointments ASAP and make the decision to be fit and healthy...starting today!
- For immediate physical and visible results, VITAL BOOTY CAMP is recommended at least 3 times per week.
- All training sessions are booked one week in advance. 4
hours (minimum) cancellation policy applies or session is forfeited.
- You can chop and change your appointments each week to suit your schedule.
- You must always book appointment times in advance.
- Session plans are specifically tailored according to participant numbers, ensuring Trainers are fully prepared and ready to give you a challenging workout.
Learn how to train effectively and efficiently, with a special focus on toning hips, butts and thighs! Plus get those arms that not only look fantastic, but are strong, lean and look great in anything from a singlet to a glamorous dress!!! How about a toned flat tummy, and curves in ALL the right places???
BOOTY CAMP is suitable for all levels of experience and fitness levels, with your progress monitored throughout the program with regular fitness testing.

PRICING:
$15.00 Per session
- All participnats must fill a Pre-Actvity Questionnaire. PAQ's can be either filled out in person at Vital Health Studio or a form can be emailed to a nominated email address, which you print out and fill in, bringing to your first session.
- A completed PAQ form must be assessed before commencing any VITAL BOOTY CAMP sessions.
- All sessions are paid for in advance by cheque at first session or cash/credit/eftpos at Vital Health Studio.

All BOOTY Campers recieve a complimentary Vital Health Studio water bottle and sweat towels are provided every session.
LOCATIONS:
VITAL BOOTY CAMP sessions are currently held at King Edward Park and Merewether beach, with Red Head beach and Speers Point likely training locations mid-year. Trainers will always notify you by text message, any changes to training locations.
VITAL BOOTY CAMP is held rain, hail or shine!!! Vital outdoor fitness sessions are challenging, packed full of variety and are designed to improve overall muscle tone, cardiovascular stamina and flexibilty plus reduce body-fat levels.
