TEAM VITAL @ LAKE MACQUARIE FUN RUN.
Team Vital once again hit the road for a somewhat easy course than the City-2-Surf. Melissa Hill and Russell Hartley took home the honours this time round.
Congratulation also goes to Kathleen Claire who completed the half marathon in a personal best time of 2 hrs 10 mins Well Done!!!

MUSCLEMAG OFFER SEAN AN EDITORAL CONTRIBUTOR CONTRACT
After weeks of negoiations, Sean has agreed to terms with powerhouse bodybuilding magazine - MuscleMag International. Sean will be the exclusive editorial contributor for the Aussie Corner section of the magazine. Sean has been a freelance writer for MuscleMag for over three years now, but as of MM80 they will officially commission him to contribute every issue. Finally Sean will be paid for the hours he spends on his feature articles and contest reports!

2009 12 WEEK SUMMER CHALLENGE
It's that time of the year again - Challenge Time! Wow, we can't believe it has been 12 months since Andrew and Peita were crowned the 2008 Summer Challenge Champions.
The 2009 Summer Challenge will commence on Monday 14th September. Registration and Fitness Testing will be conducted on Saturday 12th Sept at 1pm and Monday 14th Sept at 6.30pm.

A fantastic day was had by all even though we left at 5am! 30 eager and well prepared "part-time" runners travelled by coach to Sydney for the 2009 City-2-Surf. Congratulations goes to Vicky Boyd and Jason Smith who recorded the fastest female and male times for Team Vital.

NEW EQUIPMENT HAS ARRIVED
Sean has been very busy adding more equipment to the studio. Vital now offers 11 pieces of cardio equipment. Recent purchases include:
Precor Treadmill, Precor CrossRamp, Precor upright bike, Cable tower, olympic bench press, preacher bench and a donkey calf machine.
With the new renovations underway to create even more floor space, new additions will be added monthly.

Vital has been running some adverts for the past couple of weeks and Sean has been talking live with early morning host, Luke Grant and also answering listener questions every Thursday at 8:15am . Competition winners will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

CLIENT OF THE MONTH - MARCH
Congratulations to Justin Dalwood who is the Vital "Client of the Month" for March. Mr. Consistent has not cancelled or even rescheduled any sessions for the past 6 weeks despite training at 6am 3 mornings a week!
Justin lost an amazing 7kgs in his first 6 weeks at Vital. Well Done, lets now aim for 10Kgs!
