  • All Sessions are in small groups and are fully supervised by Sean.
  • All Seniors must fill in a Pre-Activity Questionairre 
  • Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness (beginners to advanced)
  • In some cases a current Doctor's Certificate may be required before commencing sessions
  • Complimentary water bottle and personal sweat towel provided every session
  • Regular fitness and strength testing to monitor progress
