Vital Health Studio is a 265m2 purpose built health and fitness facility conveniently located at 2/35 Northcott Drive, Kotara (just behind Officeworks down from Westfield shopping centre).
Vital Personal Training takes up two-thirds of the floor space available with the remaining one-third divided off for Vital Glow Spray Tanning, Vital Massage Therapy, Retail Supplement Shop and Consult Room.

Vital Personal Training offers a full range of commercial grade cardio and strength training equipment (imported from the USA), which caters for all levels of experience. Vital also has free-weight dumbbells ranging from 5kg to 50kg and a dedicated stretching/abs area. Everything you would find in the big commercial fitness centres is at Vital, with the bonus of not having to line-up or wait to use it.
Vital Health Studio has clean amenities with a brand new toilet/shower room and plenty of private parking spaces are available for clients.
